Dr. Frank Li

Chief Executive Officer, Board Director

Frank will lead Sidocel’s overall company strategy, including corporate governance, fundraising, financial management, and operational execution. Over the next 12–24 months, he will drive investor relations, secure matching capital, negotiate strategic partnerships, and coordinate commercialization planning for TRIDENT-based programs.

Jay Feng, PhD

VP of Research & Development, Co-Founder

Jay will oversee scientific leadership for Sidocel’s TRIDENT platform and pipeline, managing research operations, preclinical planning, in-vitro and in-vivo development, and technology optimization. He will coordinate external CRO engagements and guide the scientific components of IND-enabling studies.

Xianxin Hua, MD, PhD

Professor at Cancer Biology at UPenn, Co-Founder, Board Member, and Senior Scientific Advisor

Prof. Hua will provide high-level scientific and translational guidance, leveraging more than two decades of experience in cancer immunotherapy. He will advise on target selection, mechanism-of-action studies, preclinical model design, and clinical strategy for gastric and pancreatic cancer indications.

Hung Trinh

PhD— VP of Business Development and Licensing

Experiences through pre-clinical to early/late clinical trial development, cGMP manufacturing and licensing of various DS and DP modalities cross Asia, EU, and USA. Dr. Trinh previously held several senior roles, Lead Researcher at US. Dept. of Defense, Director of PD and MSAT at Vyriad for in vivo CAR-T and oncolytic virus programs, Sr. DB (US and EU) at OBiO Technology, SVP of Operations of Seneca Therapeutics (clinical oncology), CEO of Vertex BioPharm Consulting. At Sidocel, Dr. Trinh provides strategic BD&L working with investors and pharmaceutical partnerships and cGMP manufacturing support.
